Your organization retains ownership of the data you submit to the platform. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data in order to operate the service.
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that harms the service or other users.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve over time as the platform develops.
Ordo Compliance is software that supports operational compliance workflows. It is not a substitute for legal advice, regulatory counsel, or agency-specific professional judgment.
If your organization enters a paid relationship with Ordo Compliance, pricing, billing terms, and any pilot or trial arrangements may be governed by a separate order form or commercial agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, breach of these terms, or legal or security reasons. Organizations may stop using the service in accordance with applicable commercial terms.
